■Requirements: - Training format: Offline (Tokyo) / Combination of Online and Offline - Number of participants: 3 people - Language: Japanese or Vietnamese - Instructor: Must have extensive experience in the relevant field within the local context, able to provide consulting on real-world questions and scenarios. - Preferred training period: December / January ■Course objectives: ・Learners will update their knowledge related to Japanese labor law, particularly focusing on foreign workers for each corresponding visa type. ・Learners will understand the essence of employment contracts, be able to distinguish and apply them correctly to different subjects. ・Learners will understand the procedures for terminating an employment contract when the employer no longer requires it.
