・Litigation procedures such as labor lawsuits for listed companies and small to medium-sized enterprises, as well as collective bargaining with labor unions.

・Provide legal support to resolve labor disputes as a representative for companies and offer consulting to prevent such conflicts. With multiple publications and lectures on labor law, we contribute to spreading knowledge in this field. Additionally, as a member of the Japan Labor Law Association and the Tokyo Bar Association Labor Law Special Committee, I conduct training for new lawyers.I am here to assist companies in resolving labor-related issues.

・2010: Completed Chuo University Law School (advanced course), passed the Bar Examination, and entered the Legal Training and Research Institute (assigned to Kagoshima)

・2012: Registered as a lawyer (Tokyo Bar Association), joined the Japan Labor Law Association, and joined Rays Counsulting Law office
