Khoi Nguyen Investment Group ("KNI Group") was established in 2022 as the second business group following the success of Khoi Nguyen Education Group ("KNE Group"), founded by Mr. Trinh Quang Dong and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Kieu Oanh.

The journey of the two founders began with Khoi Nguyen Education Group (KNE), established in 2009 with the goal of focusing on building a high-quality international education system to meet the needs of expatriate children and a segment of Vietnamese children who seek advanced education from English-speaking countries without having to study abroad. KNE's objective is to contribute to the community by offering a diverse system with various programs and degrees that meet the needs and financial capabilities of parents across different segments. KNE Group includes four integrated school clusters with a total scale of over 5,000 students and a total investment exceeding 2,000 billion VND; one language center and subsidiaries providing support services such as transportation and meal provision.

If KNE Group is a conglomerate purely investing in general education, then KNI Group is currently expanding its investments across multiple sectors (beyond education), including: Elderly care services; Healthcare services; Supply chain and retail chain; Tourism and hotel services; Organic farm products; Garden tourism and resort villages.
