Our company was established in 1984. Under the leadership of our predecessor, Toshimi Tashiro (currently a consultant), we have been pursuing our management philosophy of "creating useful individuals, shops, and companies for everyone in the community." I plan to continue passing on the knowledge from the former president, which has been cultivated over 37 years, even when the representative director replaces me.
Furthermore, my future goal is to become a company that people can trust and rely on, where they immediately think of "MaruForce!" To achieve this, we strive to create an internal working environment where each team and all employees can work together to accomplish tasks.
