From the magic of the mantra Om Mani Padme Hum, Hum Spa was born with the mission of bringing the most special relaxation and oriental medicine therapy experience in a rare, tranquil, meditative spa space in the middle of Saigon, so that we, modern people who seem strong on the outside but somewhere inside are more or less covered with wounds, can truly relax and heal.

The increasingly developed society brings a life full of conveniences to people, but one thing that no one wants is that we have to face many "modern diseases" such as stress, insomnia, neck and shoulder pain, damaged bones and joints, prolonged fatigue, ...

High intensity of work and study, lack of exercise, improper diet, environmental pollution, the habit of abusing painkillers often make us ignore common body aches and pains such as back pain, leg and joint pain, neck and shoulder pain, lower back pain and then tell ourselves to take a few painkillers to get over it. However, if you know that many of these pains are signs of many unpredictable diseases such as herniated disc, degenerative spine disease, arthritis, osteoporosis, you will surely treat your body better. Because there are many diseases that, if ignored for a moment, can be unpredictably harmful to our lives.

Hum Spa with Oriental medicine acupressure massage model combined with a relaxing space, purifying the body and mind with a Zen style, brings positive energy, relieves stress and helps regain peace of mind.
