Nguyen Dinh Rubber Company Limited was founded by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Duong in the 80s in Binh Chanh district (now Binh Tan district, Ho Chi Minh City).

Starting out as a small production facility with a factory area of about 2,000 m², the Company produced the first retreaded tires, serving the transportation needs of society during the subsidized economic period with many difficulties. Two years later, the Company launched the first agricultural tire product to serve farmers at a price of only 70% of the price of imported products of the same type, contributing a small part to the government's agricultural mechanization policy.

In 1998, to expand production and meet increasing market demand, the Company moved its factory to Binh Duong with a factory area of over 30,000 m², with a total investment of nearly 1,000 billion VND.

Currently, the Company's products are present in all 63 provinces and cities nationwide, and are also exported to Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Taiwan, Myanmar, the Philippines, and some African and European countries.
