INTRODUCTION

Brief Introduction of the Company

Ngo Han Joint Stock Company is a leading manufacturer of electromagnetic wires in Vietnam, headquartered in Dong Nai. Main products include bare copper wire, enameled copper and aluminum wire, insulated paper-covered copper and aluminum wire, and copper busbar.

With the motto "All for product quality", all production and business activities are planned based on ensuring product quality according to international standards such as JIS, IEC, NEMA... and strictly managing according to quality control processes ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:1996, SA 8000:2001. Notably, Ngo Han is the first enterprise in Vietnam to achieve UL (Underwriters Laboratory) quality certification for electromagnetic wire products.

Regarding copper materials, we use 99.99% Grade A Cathode Copper, a type of copper sheet produced in the continuous oxygen-free copper casting process imported from Australia, Chile, India. The insulating enamel uses high-quality enamel such as PE, PU, PEI and PAI imported from Japan, Europe and insulating paper imported from Sweden, Germany...

Currently, Ngo Han is applying process improvement methods such as Kaizen, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles to continuously improve product quality, reduce costs to bring the best benefits to customers.
