INTRODUCTION

Brief Introduction of the Company

Our mission is

 “Connecting People, Businesses, and Communities.”

We are a cooperative specializing in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the construction and architecture sectors.

Amid growing construction demand driven by events such as the Tokyo Olympics, the Linear Shinkansen, and Expo Osaka, labor and materials are increasingly concentrated on large-scale projects, intensifying pressures related to resource procurement and rising costs.

The industry is primarily supported by numerous small and medium-sized companies; however, the multi-layered subcontracting structure, the coexistence of diverse professions, and various working styles make standardization extremely difficult, often placing substantial burdens on the subcontractors performing the work.

By incorporating these businesses as members, we aim to build a specialized organization for construction SMEs, becoming a total support partner capable of providing solutions that would be impossible for a single company or individual to achieve alone.

Currently, our cooperative conducts joint purchasing of construction materials such as gypsum boards and insulation mainly in the Kansai region (centered in Osaka) and operates a foreign technical intern acceptance program for the Kanto and Tohoku regions.
